How does Reiki work?

Reiki is a system of subtle, vibration healing that has no medical contraindications. It requires no diagnosis because the recipient draws in the healing vibration through the Reiki practitioner. Reiki is a vibrational modulator and adaptogen.

What happens during a Reiki Session?

The client, fully clothed, lies on a treatment table. The practitioner’s hands remain in a stationary position, gently on or slightly above the body through several positions from head to toe. There is no manipulation of the skin of tissue and there is never any inappropriate touch. Many individuals report feeling pulsating heat, cold, or a tingling sensation during a sessions, and most enter a calm, relaxed state.
