VICARA WELLNESS

Vicara Wellness is a Boutique Yoga and Wellness Studio based out of Langley, BC. We have a variety of offerings from public classes, private wellness sessions, workshops, and retreats. We focus on small customized classes in-studio to enhance the experience regardless of the modality: Yoga, Pilates, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, Holistic Fitness, Weight Training and Personal Training. We also offer a variety of Healing Modalities for your path to balance and well-being. Through mindful awareness of our bodies and our minds we dig deep on the journey towards greater health and wellness.

At Vicara Wellness, we believe that wellness comes in all shapes and forms. It’s all about what works for your body and for your mind. Having the options to find what works for you, and the resources at your fingertips will only help you along your journey. That is why we would like to offer you a variety of wellness services that will help guide you along your path.
